I professionally started photography late in life, a world that always fascinated me since when I was a teenager. I remember that at the time of my first communion, I received a Polaroid as a present. Then I bought a PENTAX T30 which I have used to document my family life and the birth of my son and daughter. I also purchased a compact Sony, one of the first digital cameras on the market in the ‘90. However I never considered photography as a profession nor even deeply studied the art of photography, its history, its techniques, the styles that have marked the history of images over the last 100 years. Over the recent pandemic period I have decided to ‘take it seriously’.
I have dedicated 30 years of my life to Music! I studied it, I acted as musician, I opened a music shop, I rented music instruments, I started a music school, I established a music production label and a recording studio and then I was suddently struck by photography right in the middle of my life’s journey. I began to see a fascinating world that I never considered before. I have been totally enlightened by this form of art and I have therefore decided to commit myself in studying it, deepen my knowledge and practice it in order to offer my perspective over the world around me.

Street photography
Observing and documenting everyday life – My story telling
Images captured in cities or along the streets where everyday life expresses itself and aim to tell stories about people, moods, particular situations and events on a routine or casual basis of every living being, are a source of excitement, motivation and inspiration for the creation of my “street” photography.
I am fascinated in telling these stories by combining urban to reportage images. Everyday life is my life and I love it!
Portraits
Portraits is about obtaining the effigy of the subject and highlighting its intrinsic characteristics
Painters have been the greatest masters of this genre and have left a mark in history of photography, throughout their work, their styles and the grandeur of their operas. All the great characters in history have been portrayed.
Landscapes
Landscapes are like postcards,
they relax me
Landscapes are the images through which we aim to convey the same sensations and emotions we have experienced at the time of shooting a photo. They represent unique and personal moments: just us and the natural world that we are touched and fascinated by for its simple complexity. This has been and it is a type of photos that I experience when I am on my own in solitude.

In an ordinary place
When an imprinted image born and it’s transferred to any visible engine, we have in fact immortalized a specific, unrepeatable and unique moment. The magic lies in capturing the best moment that time hides in the midst of many other moments that flow quickly and never come back. This moment becomes a facsimile that remains in time and it is always available to us. The frame or photograph communicates everything that time has erased and makes it available to us forever.
